Hands on Housing

This project was completed when Kirk Watson was Mayor. The house was for a family that needed a little help with their home so along with 15-20 volunteers (most being Bank of America tellers and employees) we scraped, prepped, caulked and painted this home in one day.

Same house 8 hours later.

Austin NARI Awards

Masterpiece received the 2005 COTY Award for the Best Exterior addition under $100,000 and Masterpiece received the award for the Best Large Project 2004, 2005, and 2006.

Contractor of the Year Award

Below is Rick at the Contractor of the Year National Awards Ceremony in Chicago of April 2005. Masterpiece was the Regional Winner for “Residential Addition Under $100,000” in Region V which includes 8 states.

2005 Austin NARI Awards Banquet

Masterpiece Remodeling and Design received the awards for Best Large Project 2005 and Office Manager of the Year 2005.
