After viewing projects Rick had completed similar to their 1940’s home, the client chose Masterpiece to design and build their project, even after having plans drawn by another architectural firm. Rick showed them a way to spend less and also add an additional bedroom, closet, master bath, extended breakfast area and other cool features. The other part of these new plans was a complete renovation of the existing house including a new kitchen, bath, flooring, sheetrock, electrical, plumbing and new AC unit. This still maintained the same look on the exterior to provide another seamless addition – two words used most often to describe our creative projects.
