Masterpiece combined experience with competence to convert this 1950’s to 60’s house to 1940’s that fit into this Hyde Park neighborhood. We began by removing the entire roof system, adding 600 s.f. and remodeling 800 s.f. to include new electrical service, hardwood floors, 9 foot ceilings, as well as a walk-in closet, guest bedroom, master bedroom, bath. We also increased the living area by 300 s.f. New paint inside and out with large porch columns made this a great addition to this old neighborhood.
