Starting with hand drawn plans by homeowner, Masterpiece
initialized its process with a design contract to create blueprints
to add 960 s.f. and remodel 250 s.f. of existing to
include 2 bedroom, master bedroom and bath featuring
open shower (no glass door) with simple but precise
tile and glass block design and large walk in closet.
Features bay windows and window seats in every new bedroom
with storage for kids and parents with many added details
to compliment original design of home. Original master
bed room was converted to a home office and we turned
another bedroom to a new open playroom and future study-
room with increased visual path from the kitchen to
keep an eye on the kids.
