Carlotta Cove (Met at home show in 1998)
Phase 1:
Custom matched colors on site (oranges and greens exterior; reds interior).
Replaced all basic trim with fluted and rosettes trim.
Remodeled master bedroom.
Scraped and floated, textured ceiling (removed popcorn texture).
Added glass block and slate shower.
Painted all stained cabinets and made cabinets to match those in existing bath.
Tiled bath floors and added backsplash.
Removed cabinets in kitchen above countertop to open up kitchen to dining room.
Added granite countertops after painting cabinets deep red.
Added custom tile and design on backsplash.

Phase 2:
Drew plans/ elevations.
Removed front asphalt for new landscaping.
Removed siding and stucco from front side of house.
Added metal roof and metal fascia to front of house.
Replaced front and side windows.
Painted front and sides of home.

Phase 3:
Added concrete columns and patio cover with metal roof.
Removed remainder of siding and stucco.
Replaced second story roof.
Repaired interior of and repainted second story bedroom.
Added concrete and trex to coordinate with concrete columns.
Replaced remaining windows.
Added new patio door.
Removed wet bar for future cabinets planned for Phase 4.
Completed exterior painting.
