Creeks Edge Parkway
The owners of this Barton West home faced a dilemma common to many homeowners with a growing family: they needed more space. Masterpiece Remodeling & Design met the challenge by completing this new addition totaling over 1200 square feet over the one story in a relatively short time span of four months. This home is a perfect example of a seamless addition to an older house, where it is nearly impossible to distinguish the old from the new. Redesigned dining and living room, refinished cabinets with granite and new appliances, complete with graceful arches, lead to other rooms throughout the house including the totally new second story addition, consisting of two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, game room, total paint throughout and replacing the carpet with wood floors. We refinished the kitchen and cabinets, added granite and new fixtures and appliances for a style to last many years to come. This was a hit on the 2004 Austin NARI Tour of Homes.
