Hemphill Park
Phase 1:
In this early 1900’s home, time was of the essence to correct a stair problem started by another contractor. She was almost due and dust, noise, and paint fumes could have presented a problem, if not properly handled. Not only did Masterpiece handle the situation, but we also re-sanded and finished the living room wood floors, retextured all the walls and ceilings, added a new front door and completed the stairs.

Phase 2:
Approximately 6 months after the baby arrived, Masterpiece began the kitchen project which involved replacing floors, cabinets, plumbing and electrical. The complete floor of the kitchen was removed and was leveled and new custom cabinets and countertops were installed.
