Remodeled approximately 860 sq.ft. of existing house, including demolition, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, walls, flooring, framing, and drywall...demolition included fur down walls and mechanical in living room, windows in front doors, and drywall needed access to electrical and plumbing.

Moved mechanical, insulation, patio, cabinetry, flooring, painting, and plumbing.
Removed and reset appliances, cable, and phone.
Cleaned up exterior brick, scraped ceiling.
Added new trim.
Set cabinets.
Relocated wall to align with existing laundry room, including framing for door in garage and trophy room.
Closed in two existing door headers between new wing walls.
Removed window and frame for new french door.
Framed for bookshelves, pocket door, and wall in kitchen.
Closed wall opening near sink between living room and kitchen.
Added window in trophy room.
Added walls per plans.
Added new header between breakfast room and kitchen.
Removed fur down wall and reframed for new fur down wall and columns.
Reran wiring at demolition and rewired to City of Austin code, including separate air ducts for affected areas, low voltage lighting for display cabinets, and task lighting.
