Phase 1:
Popular in this Allendale area is the conversion of a garage to a living space. The project included raising the floor of the old garage to match the existing oak flooring in the living room, bookcases, windows and doors to match the older style, matching siding, a new roof, new electrical service and driveway. These renovations resulted in additional space for a breakfast room and a more usable and functional living room.

Phase 2:
Included extending the existing bedroom complete with wood flooring to add bedroom space, a large closet and a covered deck off the back. The new bath when finished out with beaded board, old style tile and claw foot tub looked like it was part of the original home. This common neighborhood addition created approximately 600sf of additional living space for this family.
