Added approx. 1,000 sq.ft. new addition to existing 1940 structure (600 sq.ft.). Addition includes living room, master bedroom, office, and master bath to tie into and match existing house. Remodel existing house to include refinish wood floors, new siding (Hardi), windows, guest bath, new electrical, plumbing and AC and interior and exterior paint. Add new roof and wall insulation after releveling existing house and adding new concrete piers. Match flooring and trim to provide seamless transition inside and out.
