Masterpiece Building of Austin specializes in seamless additions and will do any or all phases of construction. We added approximately 600 square feet for a new master bath, guest bath and utility room. We extended the master bedroom on the new 2nd floor area and the new kitchen and ½ bath on the new 1st floor area. All flooring demolition, construction, electrical, plumbing, insulation and sheetrock, (including scraping the popcorn ceiling) as well as design and blueprints were provided by Masterpiece. This homeowner preferred to do their own trim, tile and interior painting --- customer finish out is perfectly fine.
