Phase 1:
Several years after Phase I involving a bath renovation that included restoring the space with octagon tiles, a new tub surround, new beaded board, paint, new plumbing, fixtures, and kitchen tile, the homeowners were expecting a new addition to their family and were ready to begin the next phase.

Phase 2:
Phase 2 included converting a storage space into a finished out office and a 2nd bathroom off the master bedroom with a new walk-in shower and garden tub with custom cabinets. The house also had three different siding materials (and no insulation) so this was the perfect time to insulate walls and install matching siding. The finishing touch was removing the wrought iron supports on the porch and adding detailed wood columns, new railing, brick pavers on porch, steps and sidewalk for a new – old look to this 1940’s home.
