Scenic Bluff
This home was built in the early 90’s in a prestigious Austin neighborhood. Masterpiece used its design and construction expertise to add 270 square feet to the living room, upgrade and create a new more efficient kitchen, and provide the owners with a 380 square foot covered porch with a vaulted ceiling. This remodel included new tile, wood flooring, and an additional parking area and just plain practical space. This particular homeowner viewed Masterpiece’s project in their neighborhood in last year's Tour of Homes and knew we were the perfect match for their home project.
