Extensive interior renovation of existing kitchen & dining room areas. The ceilings & lighting in these areas was completed redesigned to allow for an opened up atmosphere, as well as, windows added. Flooring was updated throughout. Kitchen was remodeled and extended to allow for new cabinets & fixtures. 4th bedroom was converted into an office. The rear deck was opened up to include a screened in patio with a new uncovered patio. The homeowners now feel their backyard now has that “WOW” appeal. This is our 2007 Austin NARI Tour of Remodeled Homes Participant.
