South Third Street
This small South Austin home needed more room for the growing family. We kept this project simple and practical. It included a carport and new second story addition that has a wonderful master bedroom and bath, sitting area and spacious closet. We used open cell foam insulation in the new 600 sq. ft. addition and existing areas to keep the energy bill low and reasonable.
