Masterpiece Remodeling & Design offers full design and construction services to complete any remodeling need. Our specialties include residential design, green building, new construction, consultation and project management. Masterpiece’s founder, Rick Dowden, is a longtime Austin resident specializing in cost estimating, energy efficiency and project design. Rick is also a member of the National Association of Remodeling Industry (NARI), a Certified Remodeler (CR), and a Certified Green Professional (CGP) through NAHB and Austin Home Builders Association. Leo Maya joined our team in 2004 bringing more than 20 years experience in project management and production procedures. Masterpiece was the 2009 HBA MAX Award Winner for New Construction in Best Product Design – Specialty Product category and the Best Remodeled Project $100,000 to $150,000. We have won local and regional awards from NARI for Best Large Project in 2006, 2005, & 2004.

For four consecutive years, Masterpiece projects have been chosen for the Austin NARI Annual Tour of Homes. We have completed 5 Five-Star energy rated projects in 2008-2009 through Austin Energy Green Building Program.
